My journey in the financial planning field began in 1997 when I started as an assistant to an advisor, and I became a registered advisor in 2004. I find great joy in building strong, personal relationships with my clients, assisting them with both their daily financial needs and long-term planning to work toward their future goals. The diversity of questions, needs, and perspectives that clients bring is fascinating to me, as each conversation provides a chance to learn about different interests, goals, cultures, and viewpoints. I also take pride in the planning process, crafting clear and thoughtful financial plans that aim to impact my clients' financial futures positively.
On a personal note, my family means the world to me. My partner Darrick and I enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren. I love cooking for others and often host last-minute dinner parties to entertain friends and family. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, strength training, and Barre classes. Traveling is a passion of mine, and wine tasting in Sonoma is one of my favorite experiences.
Professionally, I hold several designations, including the Registered Financial Consultant designation from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, the Certified Retirement Counselor designation from The International Foundation for Retirement Education, and the Certified in Long Term Care designation from The Corporation for Long Term Care Certification, Inc. I am also proud to be a recipient of the Pittsburgh Five Star Wealth Manager Award.
